Biography
Brian Cruickshank is a Canadian drummer with over 25 years of studio and live performance experience. At 9 years old Brian knew he wanted to be a drummer and was very fortunate to have some of the best teachers available to point him in the right direction. Working with Mark French (Blue Rodeo), Rick Gratton (Rough Trade and Ian Thomas), and Paul DeLong (Kim Mitchell and many others). Brian was the founding member of Kid Wikkid featuring Sebastian Bach, he toured Canada with recording act Siam, King of Nothing, and most recently has been touring and recording with High Court County.
Studio and Equipment
Detonation Sound was created to deliver punchy vintage drum tracks for any genre of music. The studio is equipped with Audient 16 Channel Audio Interface, Lewitt, Warm Audio, and Shure Microphones, A&F Drums, Fab Filter Plug-in Suite, and DBX 160 Compressors. Video Services are now available!
